CCTV caught the moment a police car chose to use a bus lane to avoid a width restrictor.
Tim Vigor, 53, who captured the footage, claims police officers often sit around the corner catching vehicles using the bus lane.
The HGV driver also claimed that officers have even pulled him over for using the lane.
The width restrictor in Watford was famous for damaging cars, including a police van, but has now been widened.
In a post that featured the video on Facebook, Tim said: “It was only a couple of weeks ago they were hiding round the corner and nicking people for doing this.
“Double standards.”
