But they are advised to avoid match days in case they get caught offside.
The Championship club’s Vicarage Road ground is popular online for those interested in public sex.
One forum said: “Watford football club dogging (not when a game is on lol).”
And a review this month on Dogging Action said: “Busy on Sunday night after about 9.30pm.”
Another forum warned: “At the bottom past the ticket office you may well be surprised.”

Watford — nicknamed The Hornets — faced arch rivals Luton Town for the first time in 14 years yesterday, winning 1-0. Steve and Helen, from nearby Welwyn Garden City, are regular doggers at the site despite being Luton fans.
Steve, 46, said: “It is a well-known spot.”
Helen, 43, added: “We like being watched but it feels strange doing it next to a football ground. I guess we help put the horn into the Hornets.”
